Simple Eats!

Smoothie delight
Super healthy yum! Smoothies are a favorite healthy treat for me and my family. I try to drink one everyday. I absolutely love avocado in smoothies it gives them the best texture. This one is made with avocado, strawberries, blueberries, cranberry, cilantro, spinach, a gala apple sliced, a scoop of protein powder and water. Then just blend. Add extra water if you want it to be less thick.
All the fruits and veggies give me a kick in the morning and I know that my kids are getting some of their daily intake (sometimes they will only drink a little of my smoothies). I figure 5 bites is better than nothing.
